So, I'm breaking the cardinal rule of Goodnight Moon's Link-Up and choosing a couple songs this week.

Bryan Adams is magical. I have no idea how I will ever have a first dance. There are far too many amazing songs to choose from in this life. This is one of them. Each word is just perfect. I could also see singing this to some babies ;-)

This next one is my country JAM right now. Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Would love to have someone tell me this precise thing.

My mom's only sister and only remaining family member is ready to go home to Jesus. She has been fighting cancer for over a year now and her fight is coming to an end. Please keep her and our family in your prayers. This song holds a special meaning in my life. It was first brought about when my grandmother died. Then later, it was played for Jay's wife after he died and at his funeral. I will never forget as long as I live, sitting on the family room floor, crying our eyes out listening to this within days of his death. It didn't seem fair. None the less, it is an extremely emotional song, but also very peaceful and soothing if you've lost a loved one.

My aunt went to be with Jesus shortly after 11:20pm last night. I know she is free of pain and rejoicing with the Lord.
