So, unless you've been living under a rock, you know the Alexander McQueen design house was front and center at the Royal Wedding. Sarah Burton, who is the creative director at McQueen, worked with the Duchess of Cambridge for her wedding gown and her sister Pippa's gown. For those who don't know, Alexander McQueen himself ended his life back in February 2010. In celebration of the design house being chosen by Catherine, I decided to do this weeks Friday Fancies with all items coming from McQueen's collection. He's most known for outlandish, fashion forward, shocking pieces. I chose to highlight his understated and rare classic side. Enjoy and let me know what you think!
