So since I told ya'll I was going to be doing lots of throwback posts, here I go. The first one is the amazing trip I took to Rio de Janeiro. I was dating someone at the time who was from there (Bad time in my life. Don't ask). We went to visit his family and soak up the sun. We also took a little trip to Buzios as well, which is a little resort town a few hours away.

Pao de Acucar aka Sugarloaf Mountain

My favorite picture. You take a cable car to the top and this is what you see. In the distance to the left, you see Corcovado Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. One of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Favelas, where the poor of Brasil live. Very dangerous.

Ipanema Beach
