Weight Loss

Okay, so I was never an overweight person. I say that in regards to BMI. I don't want to offend anyone. Anyway, I have to admit I put on probably 10-15 pounds since getting married. Shocker right? Part of it was honestly the fact I was pregnant, even though for a short while...I still gained a few pounds during all of that. I look back on the pictures of M & I when he was in DC for R&R and I looked like a STICK! Granted, I was in one of the happiest time of my life and I was active, running around with a two year old.

Then, marriage sets in and I get pregnant.

I can't believe I was a brunette! This picture was taken in March and I know I gained more weight since this photo was taken. I should have documented this weight loss thing better so the results would be more obvious.

Me in September at my dads wedding. YIKES! I have NO CLUE how I squeezed into this dress. It was the same one I wore for Michael and I's wedding dinner in December 2009.

Um. Wow!?!

This is me now :) 10 pounds down!

I can see it in my stomach but also in my waist.

Yay! :) My face looks so different from how it did at my dads wedding!

Anyway, just wanted to share those pictures with you all as embarrassing and revealing as it may be.

I want to give super shouts to the people with HCG Platinum. I so don't believe in diets and obviously never had to diet before. I went out on a limb with the product and was really happy with the results. All of this is with ZERO exercise. I went to one single Zumba class at the end of the diet. I'm happy with how my body looks now and plan on getting into the gym to tone up. I still want to lose a few extra pounds between now and my cruise, so I might do a second round in February. The awesome folks with HCG Platinum have given me a "thank you" bottle for documenting my journey on YouTube and on this blog. If for some reason, I shed the excess by working out over the next 6 weeks, I'll gladly post do a giveaway on my blog for the bottle so it can bless someone else's life. I'll keep you posted ;-)
