Dear 3 Doors Down,
It honestly amazes me the stuff you guys have churned out over the years. There's a song for everything. You're not so overly hard rock, that my ears feel like they are bleeding when I listen. Ever since your first album came out in high school, I've been a massive fan.
In 2000, when you released "The Better Life," a song struck a chord with a lot of kids at my high school. The track was "Loser." Though rumors spread like wild fire, it apparently was a song a friend of ours listened to quite a bit before he took his life. Who knows if that's really the case?
I'm bummed I have never gotten the chance to see you all in concert. I hope that someday I will. I know you were on the VH1 BCE last year, which would have been HEAVEN for me.
Anyway, keep up the awesome work and keep giving us something great to keep between our ears.
